08-02 Board Settings

What you need to know

Boards can be tagged with keywords and shared individually.

Board Details

Click on the three-dots menu to the right of the respective board name.
Click on Board details. The menu for details will open on the right-hand side.
Here you find these options:
- Sharing: With the share function, you can share your board with either individual people or a group.
- Tags: Here you can define keywords for your board, which can then be attached to cards.
- Deleted items: Here you will find deleted lists or cards.
- Activity: Here you will find a log of individual activities on the board.

Edit board

Here you can change the name you have assigned.

Clone board

This function allows you to copy boards.

Archive board

This function moves the board to the Archived boards area.

Export board

This function allows you to export your boards. If you want to import boards from other Nextcloud instances, please contact ZID-Service@uibk.ac.at

Turn off due date reminders

Here you can control whether due date reminders should be disabled centrally

Delete board

This function allows you to delete your board if it is no longer needed.
