International Services is a centre of excellence in the areas of academic exchange and the promotion of international teaching and learning experiences as well as international networking in studies, teaching, research and administration. The team supports students, lecturers, academics and general staff at the University of Innsbruck on their journey into the world and brings students, academics and general staff to Innsbruck through exchange programmes. We also provide intercultural skills and region-specific cultural know-how and knowledge for a university and non-university audience through a programme of academic events.

Please note: The Centres for area studies France Focus, Italy Centre, Centre for Eastern European Studies, Centre for Inter-American Studies and the Canadian Studies Centre will gradually discontinue their activities in their current form in spring 2025 and will be integrated into a new structure.
