You can store files directly in UNIverse web interface and download them again if necessary. The official Nextcloud documentation also provides more detailed information on this topic: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/user_manual/de/files/index.html

What you need to do

Upload via the web interface

1. Click on Files.
2. Click on  + New.
3. Click on Upload File or Upload folders.
4.  Select the desired items on your computer.

Downloading files

1. Move the mouse pointer over a file/folder and click on the three-dots menu.
2. Click on Download.
3. To select multiple files, check the corresponding boxes.
4. Click on Download.
