09-02 Collectives

What you need to know

Collectives are places where you can organize yourselves into groups or projects and build knowledge together.
The basic function of a collective is to create and manage texts together. Each collective has a team overview page and individual pages below it.

What you need to do

Add a page or subpages

  1.  Click on the + symbol next to the name of the collective to add a page to the collective.
  2. Choose whether you want to use a blank page or a template.
  3. You can move these afterwards using drag & drop.

Edit Page

  1. Click on the page you want to edit. The page will open on the right side of the screen.
  2. If it is a new page, you can start editing immediately; otherwise, click on Edit.
  3. You can now edit the title and content of the page.
  4. Use the bar below the page title to format your text and insert files or links.
  5. Click on the + symbol in the editor to get more formatting templates or content from UNIverse.
