Elia Cappuccio
Elia earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Innsbruck in 2018 and subsequently continued his Master’s in Molecular Cell- and Developmental Biology. During the Master's programme, he became a member of the Jansen-Dürr/Cavinato Group in 2019 for his Master’s thesis. His work focused on understanding the role of FAHD1 in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs), investigating its impact on mitochondrial physiology and senescence. Completing his Master's thesis in 2022, he is continuing as a PhD student.
