The University of Innsbruck (UIBK) and the Organising Committee of Climate Change, The Karst Record IX (KR9) to be held in Innsbruck, Austria, in July 2020 are monitoring the corona virus (COVID-19) situation. The University of Innsbruck has established a corona virus task force that is monitoring the situation hourly. Presently our status is that all on-site lectures are cancelled until at least 20th April, and the Federal Government has declared a ban on indoor meetings of more that 100 people.

Currently, we are going ahead with planning for the conference, but are discussing options in the case of further travel restrictions and limitations, which may include postponement of the conference.
