Covid Information

We are still planning for an onsite conference with a physical presence. Nevertheless, we are aware of the current Covid-19 situation. In order to combat any spreading during the conference and to protect the participants, we have taken the following measures:

"3G" rule

Regulations from the Austrian Government require every participant to comply with the so-called "3G" rule. This means that every participant needs to be either vaccinated against ("Geimpft"), negatively tested for ("Getested") or recovered from ("Genesen") Covid-19. A corresponding eligible document (with QR Code) will be checked during the registration.

Contact Tracing

At the registration, every participant will receive a name tag. Each tag has a QR Code, which will be scanned when entering a session room or the conference dinner.

Free testing possibility

Participants (without an Austrian social security number) will get vouchers for a free antigen test. Tests are offered in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ Tirol) and the Apotheke am Bozner Platz. The testing takes place at the entrance of the WKO building, Wilhelm-Greil-Straße 7, 6020 Innsbruck (a 3-minute walk from the conference facilities). Participants with an Austrian social security number can be tested upon showing their e-card.

General hygiene measures

We ask all of our participants to respect the following hygiene measures:

  • Wear MNS- or FFP-2 masks in all general areas
  • Keep a one-meter safety distance
  • Observe hand hygiene (abstain from handshakes if not necessary)
  • Stay at home if you have any signs of Covid-19 disease
