Diploma and Doctoral Students

If you are interested in our research and would like to have your thesis or dissertation supervised at our institute, you can read about the requirements here and learn how to contact our supervisors.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Susanne Augenhofer, LL.M. (Yale):

A minimum grade of "good" (2) in the diploma examination or specialist examination in business, company and securities law (or commercial, corporate and capital market law) is required. Additionally, the same grade is required in the specialist examination in Business Law II and the diploma examination in civil law. Contacts are established through participation in a diploma or doctoral seminar, which must be completed with a "very good" (1). Proposals for topics can be made by the students themselves (approval required) or they can be developed together.
