ResearcherID
Oriol Romero-Isart's research is focused on the physical implementation of quantum science (e.g. quantum information and computation, simulation, metrology, foundations, etc.), where he aims at proposing cutting-edge experiments and developing the underlying theory. He is particularly interested in exploring the limits of quantum mechanics by designing experiments where quantum phenomena can be observed at macroscopic scales. He is currently interested in exploiting the physics of superconductivity and magnetism to harness quantum degrees of freedom.
