Curriculum vitae:

Frederik Wiedmann was born in 1991 in Starnberg, Germany and studied psychology (Bachelor of Science) from 2011 to 2014 and management and economics (Bachelor of Science) at the University of Innsbruck. Subsequently, he graduated in 2018 with a Master of Science in information systems from the University of Innsbruck. In January 2019, he started the PhD program management and works at the Department of Information Systems, Production and Logistics Management at the University of Innsbruck.

His research interests focus on decision support for crowdsourcing tasks. This includes research on decision processes in idea selection and research on workers’ trust in task matching algorithms on microtask platforms.
