The University of Innsbruck Brand Research Laboratory is a research center dedicated to the curiosity for brand knowledge. The Brand Lab supports academic research and teaching, spreads inspiring ideas, and fosters brand reflections from diverse theoretical and applied perspectives in the region. Founded in 2010 by Department Chair Prof. Dr. Hans Mühlbacher in partnership with and initially endowed by the D. Swarovski KG, the Brand Lab is a hub for international academic conferences, eminent guest professors, and resident researchers interested in brands as complex social phenomena.
