„LFUI - Guest Professors“ at the University Innsbruck

The Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck announces the so-called LFUI-Guest Professorships according to § 26 KV for a period of two months once a year. The aim of the initiative, which is furthered by the Rector and the Vice Rector for Personnel, is to promote high-profile international scientific and didactic exchange with the University of Innsbruck, and to support local internationalization.

Candidates, who have a public sector employment contract with a renowned university or research institution outside of Austria, can be considered for a LFUI-Guest-Professorship. Please also consider candidates from the AURORA European University Alliance. All 16 faculties and seven research areas of the University of Innsbruck are eligible to apply, but only two applications per faculty/research area are possible.

The call for proposals will be issued to all faculties or research areas of the University of Innsbruck.

„LFUI – Wittgenstein Guest Professors“ at the University of Innsbruck

The Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck announces an "LFUI - Wittgenstein Guest Professorship" according to § 26 KV for a period of one month. The aim of the initiative is to promote top-class international scientific and didactic exchange with the University of Innsbruck in the fields of Wittgenstein research (with editorial and cultural-historical orientation) as well as philosophy of language and literature, and to support local internationalization.
