Registration Fee

You can still register and pay the fee directly at the conference desk, in Innrain 52e, 6020 Innsbruck.

Normal Rates
Regular: EUR 160
Reduced*: EUR 60

*Student (status confirmation is required); unemployed; low-wage earners (without institutional support; on request)

The Fee includes coffee breaks and snacks, two lunchs, welcome evening, part of the conference dinner, and conference materials; excluding accomodation.

Reception & Registration

The reception and registration will take place on Thursday 28.02.2019, 16-18:00, at the foyer of the auditorium (HS4) on the ground floor of the University GEIWI (Innrain 52e, 6020 Innsbruck).

Registration will also be possible on Friday 01.03.2019, 08:00-12:30, at the conference office on the first floor.

Friday Lunch

At the “Mensa” with voucher included in the conference fee (Herzog-Siegmund-Ufer 15, 6020 Innsbruck).

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will take place - above the roofs of Innsbruck - at the Villa Blanka (Weiherburggasse 8, 6020 Innsbruck). Meeting on Friday at 6:40pm at the Cable-car station Kongress of the Innsbrucker Nordkettenbahn (transport included in the conference fee). The fee for the conference dinner, including three-course menu and drinks (until 10 pm), is 15 Euros. All participants who want to be part of the Conference Dinner have to pay the fee during registration at the conference desk.

Childcare

We offer a flexible childcare for conference participants during the time of the conference. The childcare is provided by pedagogically trained staff, for children between 6 months and 10 years old. If you are interested, please send us an e-mail to agef@uibk.ac.at before January 15th 2019.

Submissions

The deadline for submissions has already been closed!

Please submit your proposals via our ConfTool website by 31/10/2018.

Forms of submissions:

  • Individual Papers, including a title, an abstract (300-500 words) and a short CV (50-70 words);
  • Special Sessions (consisting of 3-4 thematic papers), including a session description (300-500 words) as well as title, abstract and short CV (200 words) for the individual papers of the session.
  • Open Workshops with interactive features on the conference topic for/from practitioners and scientists. This form especially aims to promote transdisciplinary dialog. Proposal should include a description of the workshop, methodology and goals (approx. 300-500 words) and short CV of the organizer(s) (50-70 words).
