Akademischer Werdegang:

Matthias Weber, 1993 in Konstanz geboren, absolvierte zunächst ein Bachelorstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit den Schwerpunkten Tourismus, Hotellerie und Gastronomie an der DHBW Ravensburg (DE). Anschließend erlangte er seinen Masterabschluss an der Universität Augsburg im Studiengang Informationsorientierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Major Strategie, Information und Corporate Governance.

Nach Abschluss seines Masterstudiums arbeitete er als Berater im Bereich Data Analytics bei Dentsu, eine der weltweit führenden Agenturgruppen für Kommunikationsberatung, und betreute dort diverse Kundenprojekte.

Derzeit ist er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Rahmen des ReACt-Projekts und Doktorand am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik, Produktionswirtschaft und Logistik tätig. Seine Forschung konzentriert sich auf algorithmisches Management und technologiegestützte Steuerung von Arbeitnehmern im informellen Arbeitsmarkt
