Curriculum vitae
Leonard Reider studied law and business law at the University of Innsbruck. He gained his first professional experience in the legal field during his studies in the course of an internship at the WKO Foreign Trade Centre Ljubljana. After graduating, Mr. Reider was initially employed as a project assistant in the FWF project "Permission Norms in International Law" under the direction of Prof. Andreas Th. Müller, LL.M. (Yale) at the Institute for European and International Law at the University of Innsbruck. Since June 2021, he has been working as a university assistant to Univ.-Prof. Dr. Werner Schroeder, LL.M. (Berkeley) at the same institute.
Mr. Reider's research focuses on the role of science and technology in Union law and on how the Union institutions (in particular the Court of Justice of the European Union) deal with complex scientific and technological issues.
