Registration & Conference Fees
Update: Registration for CADS 2024 is now open. Participant registration is available via the ConfTool system. If you already have a user account, click on “Register as Participant” in the main menu to start the registration process. You will be able to pay the conference fee via wire transfer or credit card.
Note: For each paper or poster that has been accepted, at least one presenting author is required to register to participate in the conference, otherwise the contribution will not be featured in the conference book of abstracts.
- The contributors were notified of the outcome on 5 March 2024.
- The registration commences on 15 March 2024.
- The deadline for registration for those presenting their work is 1 May 2024.
- The deadline for registration for conference attendees is 1 June 2024.
- The deadline for cancellation (with a partial refund of registration fees) is 15 June 2024.
Conference registration fees
- Standard: €220
-
Reduced fees (for attendees, students, academics from non-EU-countries, independent researchers): €170
- The conference fee covers the whole of the academic programme and most of the social programme.
- The (optional) conference dinner (a three-course menu and drinks) costs €60 and should be paid together with the registration fees.
