Aerial silks have become known thanks to Cirque du Soleil and captivate audiences world-wide. This sport combines dance, acrobatics and athletic elements. It is a modern form of movement promoting coordination and muscle tone. One climbs, wraps and creates figures on the vertical silks hanging at different heights. This course is a beginners’ course and an introduction to the sport.
