This Pythonscript (v1.0) from Brigit Danthine converts all files of the required documentation for all archaeological excavations and surveys for the Austrian Federal Monuments Office to common archive standards.

DXF -> SVG & PDF
DWG -> DXF, SVG & PDF
PDF -> PDF/A
DOCX/DOC -> PDF/A
XLSX/XLS -> CSV
TXT -> TXT mit utf-8
PNG -> TIF

The tool also generates a metadatafile with the Zenodo-DOI and an ongoing number for all (sub)folders and files (with the respective folderstructure) for the explicit identification of all single (sub)folders and files. Feel free to use and share!
