The conference registration fee includes lodging on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights at the Krumers Alpin Resort and all meals, starting with dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Wednesday. The accompanying persons fee includes three nights lodging and all breakfasts and dinners, but not lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

The conference fee is payable at the hotel during the conference. By submitting this registration, you confirm your participation in the conference, and that you will be responsible for the conference fee if your participation is not cancelled 30 days before the start of the conference (August 25, 2017).
