Technology from Sage, making Visions a Reality

Anna Russo, Kathleen Schutter

In the era of remote and hybrid learning, digital access to library content is increasingly important. In this session, we will look at Sage Catalyst and Lean Library, two innovative tools that address this issue, by increasing discoverability of the library catalogue and by deepening student engagement. We will first focus on Sage Catalyst, a comprehensive collection of 700 premium social science textbooks, with a platform designed to meet the demands of the hybrid classroom whilst increasing student engagement and collaboration and giving important insights on student behaviours. In the second half of the presentation, we will showcase Lean Library, a tool that allows you to integrate your library’s resources and services directly into your users’ preferred workflows, thereby facilitating access to the library’s catalogue and increasing usage of its resource
