Are you planning an internship abroad?! The University of Innsbruck supports your internships abroad!

Are you interested in an internship abroad during your study programme or are you already planning one? Then watch out, we offer exciting possibilities to support your internships in Europe and beyond.

Erasmus Traineeships

It is possible to apply for the Erasmus+ grant throughout the year. Traineeships in all EU member states (incl. overseas departments) and Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Northern Macedonia and Serbia are supported. The traineeship must be full-time and have a minimum duration of 2 months. Applications must be handed in at least 2 months before the start of the traineeship.

Erasmus+ Traineeships International

With the start of the new Erasmus+ programme generation, traineeships outside of the programme countries listed above are now also supported. For this purpose, there will be a call once a year, in which remaining funds for international traineeships will be made available. The current call opens on 1 April

Aurora Internships

From January 2022 to August 2023, the University of Innsbruck is funding internships abroad in an Aurora partner country with a focus on an Aurora Pilot Domains, Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation, as well as Research & Service Learning, as part of the Aurora project. The new application window for the 2nd call opens on 1 April.
