§ 1 Scope of application
	All relations between the Sports Institute of Innsbruck University (in the following referred to as USI) and participants with regard to registration and payment of courses organized by USI are subject to the following general terms of business in the version in force at the time of registration. Deviating terms stipulated by a participant shall not be accepted by USI without the explicit consent by USI in writing.
§ 2 Registration / Payment for courses
	Registration of a participant for courses via Internet is done by giving the required data and payment oft he course fee(s) via one of the options for online-payment described (credit-card, EPS, paybox). The printed confirmation of registration is considered as a course-card and has to be presented on demand.
§ 3 Registration of minors
	Registration for children’s and junior-courses must be done by a parent or legal guardian.
§ 4 Interdiction of passing on to third parties
	Participants are not entitled to pass on their course-cards to another person. Any improper use of course-cards shall lead to the card being withdrawn and the participant being banned from all USI courses without any refund of course-fees. In addition, USI reserves the right to take legal action.
§ 5 Cancellation of courses
	Cancellation of/registration for alternative courses can not be done via Internet. This can only be done at the USI-office during registration times. Please bring your printed USI-course card. The Cancellation fee for courses cancelled before expiration of the cancellation period is 1.- € per course. After expiration of this period no refund of course fees can be made. Exceptions are possible in case of cancellations for reasons of illness or injury for parts of the course-fee if the illness/injury has been reported to USI immediately by by E-mail usi@uibk.ac.at. An appropriate medical report may be submitted later. The amount of the refund is at the sole discretion of USI..
§ 6 Courses cancelled by USI
	In case a course booked by some participants has to be cancelled by the organizer, enrolled participants will be informed immediately via E-mail. In this case course-fee shall automatically be registered as a credit entry in the participant's electronic record. (-> see § 7). (-> s. § 7 Gutschriften).
§ 7 Credit entries / Deposits
	In case a participant's record shows a credit entry following the cancellation of a course, this amount can be used to pay for other courses. If such a registration is done via Internet, the sum must be activated prior to registration. To do this, please use the following E-mail form:    Naturally, any refunded fee can also be paid back at the USI office during registration times or be kept in the record for future courses. For information about deposits (e.g. budo-suit, fencing gear, locker-keys etc. ) please see    In case a locker-key is lost, the lock will have to be replaced. The costs of € 30.- for this measure must be refunded to USI.
§ 8 Important information

§ 9 Governing Law
	The terms of business shall be governed by Austrian Law.
§ 10 Jurisdiction
	As far as legally admissible, any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Court at Innsbruck.
