Research Group
About us: We are a research group based in Innsbruck, in the middle of the Austrian Alps. The Department of Mathematics at the University of Innsbruck provides an inspiring research environment in probability theory, combined with the unique advantage of living in the middle of the Alps — a city that combines rich cultural life with direct access to world-class hiking and skiing.

Ecaterina Sava-Huss
University Professor, PI of the group.
Research interests: random walks on infinite graphs and groups, branching random walks, aggregation models (internal and external DLA, rotor aggregation, divisible sandpiles), urn models, Abelian sandpiles.
