Biography
Angela Morello studied law at the universities of Padua, Innsbruck, and Salzburg. She worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Italian Law (Prof. Esther Happacher, MMag., Dr., LL.M.) and at the Institute for European and International Law (Prof. Dr. iur. Andreas Müller LL.M.), both at the University of Innsbruck, as well as in the Department of International Law, European Law, and Foundations of Law (Prof. Dr. Kirsten Schmalenbach) at the University of Salzburg. She is a legal advisor on asylum and immigration law at the Federal Agency for Care and Support Services (BBU GmbH) and, since February 2026, has returned to work as a university assistant to Univ.-Prof. Dr. Werner Schroeder, LLM (Berkeley), at the University of Innsbruck
