First you have to register as a user of the conference registration tool, and then you have to register as a participant of the conference and submit your contribution.

The conference fee includes accomodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner (starting with the dinner on Tuesday evening and ending with a light lunch on Friday), the Conference Dinner, coffee breaks, transportation from and to Innsbruck.

The fees are:

  • regular participants in double rooms: EUR 330,-
  • students (2- or 3-bed rooms) with a valid student ID card: EUR 160,-
  • regular participants in single rooms: EUR 420,-

Please note that the number of participants is limited to about 90 due to the capacity of the lecture hall available. Registrations will be handled on a first come first serve basis, thus please register at your earliest convenience. Because of the special resort-type infrastructure in Obergurgl, registration is asked before March 15, 2017; for later registrations we cannot guarantee that rooms are still available in Obergurgl. Single-room-registrations after March 1, 2017 may be changed to double-room registrations by the organizers, if there are not enough single-rooms available anymore.

There is an option for credit card payment (only MasterCard and VISA), but we prefer bank transfer. In case you select the credit card payment, do not enter your credit card numbers. You will receive a separate link after registration.

Transport from Innsbruck to Obergurgl and return is included in the registration fee. If you want to use this option, please check the corresponding check boxes in the registration form.
