The 6th Workshop "Financial Markets & Risk" will take place on 29.-31. March 2012 in Obergurgl.
Aims
This workshop is dedicated to the discussion of recent research in the area Financial Markets and Risk Management. A focus will be on modelling, measuring and managing financial risks as well as on issues related to the understanding of the proper functioning of financial markets. To foster the workshop character, a strong emphasis will be put on a broad discussion of research results.
Participants
The workshop is open for all researchers from academic institution as well as for practioners from the financial industry.
In particular, young researchers are encouraged to submit their work.
Location
The workshop will take place in the 'Universitätszentrum Obergurgl', which is located right beside the ski resort Ober/Hochgurgl.
