IPA 2021 goes virtual.
Due to the still unclear outlook on the development of the COVID-19 pandemic we have decided to switch to a completely virtual format for the IPA main conference as well as the Emerging Scholars’ Colloquium. We will design a conference schedule which allows participation across time zones.
Emerging Scholar Colloquium
05. - 06.07.2021
The Emerging Scholars Colloquium (ESC) takes place prior to the main Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Accounting Conference. The ESC is intended for PhD students doing their PhD research in the field of interdisciplinary accounting research and research into the social, political and organisational aspects of accounting.
The ESC provides the opportunity for emerging scholars and early career researchers to present and discuss their research with peers as well as established accounting researchers, thus providing the opportunity for constructive feedback and advice. Presentations and discussions of PhD projects are supplemented by presentations and roundtables on topics of general interest to early career researchers.
Please upload your application with a CV and the working paper or the thesis chapter that you wish to present. Please note that you cannot submit the same paper to both the Emerging Scholars Colloquium and the main conference. You can submit your paper/thesis chapter here.
The Emerging Scholars Colloquium is organised by Silvia Jordan and Christoph Pelger (University of Innsbruck).
