Target group: Teaching staff and student employees who provide teaching support
Aim: To familiarise participants with digital tools for implementing successful synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. Participants receive tips for developing teaching concepts for hybrid teaching
Content: Participants receive information on the university's software offerings for hybrid teaching, including a brief overview of asynchronous and synchronous teaching design and tips on developing teaching concepts for such scenarios. A short discussion round on relevant issues rounds off the programme.

Target group: Teaching staff and employees of the University of Innsbruck
Aim: To understand how to use the various functions of web conferencing programmes and other tools for synchronous teaching to improve collaboration.
Content: We will introduce you to various ways of promoting collaboration between teachers and students as well as among students in synchronous online teaching. The main focus will be on the web conferencing tool BigBlueButton, which offers its own tools for improving collaboration. Other tools that can complement BigBlueButton will also be presented. Various application scenarios and gimmicks will be discussed to break up the synchronised teaching. There will be enough time for questions at the end of the course.

Target group: Teachers at the University of Innsbruck. Knowledge of the digital tools offered by the university is an advantage.
Aim: To raise awareness of the possibilities and limitations of the digital tools offered at the University of Innsbruck.
Content: Joint development of individual content with Service Desk staff, first in small groups, then a presentation of the results in plenary.

Target group: Lecturers at the University of Innsbruck and employees who are responsible for planning and conducting exams
Objective: To be able to create questions and an exam in Paperexam
Content: This course serves as an introduction to the basic functions of the examination software "Paperexam". Paperexam is a web-based exam software that automates all stages of the paper exam process, from the creation to the marking and scoring of your exams. The use of this software offers various advantages, especially in the evaluation of answer-choice procedures.
You will learn how to:
- Set up and customise your personal user account
- Create and design types of paper exams (combined answer sheet, separate answer sheet)
- Use and customise a variety of question types (multiple choice, cloze text, etc.)
- Designing exam sheets
- Print exams

Target group: Lecturers at the University of Innsbruck and employees who are responsible for planning and conducting exams
Objective: To be able to conduct an exam in Paperexam
Content: Paperexam is a web-based examination software that automates all phases of the paper examination process, from the creation to the grading and evaluation of your examinations. The use of this software offers various advantages, especially in the evaluation of answer-choice procedures. Once the paper test has been created and carried out, the evaluation phase follows. This comprises several steps, ranging from the technical processing of the examination papers to the creation of results reports. Find out how and where you can scan the examination forms and verify the questions. You will also learn how to compare registration lists with the submitted sheets and which reports you can generate in Paperexam.

Objective: To learn the basics of surveys and forms in OpenOlat
Content: Learn how to create a survey learning resource and use it in courses with the help of survey and form modules
Note: Basic knowledge of OpenOlat is a prerequisite!

Objective: To learn the basics of the project tool in OpenOlat
Content: Basics of the features in OpenOlat are presented

UE: 2
Target group: Teaching staff, non-academic and student employees who provide teaching support
Objective: To familiarise students with the possible uses of e-portfolios in teaching
Content: E-portfolios can be used in different ways in teaching, e.g. as a reflection portfolio, to assess learning progress or to visualise learning development. The various didactic application scenarios that can be realised with the e-portfolio in OpenOlat are worked out using examples and the technical configuration in OpenOlat is discussed.

Objective: To learn the functions of the Audience Response System Particify
Content: We will introduce you to the functions of the Audience Response System Particify and show you how the tool can be used in your teaching to support interaction with students. Different application scenarios and gimmicks will be discussed to liven up synchronous teaching. At the end of the training there will be enough time for questions.

Target group: Teachers and interested employees
Aim: Familiarisation with the most important functions of the whiteboard tool Mural, application scenarios and answering individual questions
Content: The University of Innsbruck provides the whiteboard tool Mural at whiteboard.uibk.ac.at. If there are several people interested in an introduction to the tool, we will be happy to organise an individual online training course on the tool. We will present the most important functions, give you ideas for application scenarios and answer your questions and concerns.
