Capitalism, Crisis, Critique & Change
– Proceedings of the 2nd Innsbruck Conference on Critical Applied Psychology

All participants presenting at the conference will be invited to submit short papers of their contributions to be published in an edited volume of the conference proceedings with Innsbruck University Press both in print and Open Access (CC BY 4.0).

All formats are eligible (oral presentations, posters, workshops, and keynotes). The maximum length is 10 pages including abstract (200 words) and literature (APA7) in the provided template by the publisher (corresponding to roughly 3000 words)*. No changes can be made to titles or authors. Due to space constraints, first authorships are limited to one per person.

The Word-template for the conference proceedings can be downloaded here: ICCAP-2026-Proceedings-Template.docx

There will be a friendly review and editing process by the organizing committee, but authors are fully responsible for their contributions. Please be extra conscientious about formalities (spelling, headings, references etc.) and rigorously keep to the provided template. Otherwise, we will not be able to cope with the workload of this project and may have to return the manuscript to you for further revisions.

Deadline for submitting manuscripts to the conference proceedings: 30 September 2026 (early submissions are appreciated). Please name your Word-file after the last name of the first author. Please submit via email to:I-CROP2026@uibk.ac.at

The proceedings volume will be published in early 2027. We look forward to receiving your contributions.

(*If a longer contribution is necessary to meet the requirements of counting towards a publication-based dissertation, please contact us.)
