The BIU offers:

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging system for research applications (Siemens 3T Prisma)
  • MRI-compatible EEG system for simultaneous neural recording
  • Electrodermal activity (EDA) recording
  • Dedicated control room and stimulus presentation system
  • Certified safety infrastructure and trained personnel

The multimodal configuration allows researchers to combine high spatial resolution (MRI) with high temporal resolution (EEG) and peripheral physiological indices of arousal.
