POPBIO 2018 - Registration & Payment

Registration Deadline: March 31st
Registration procedure in two steps: first create a user account, then register and submit a contribution.
Conference fees (Conference Dinner included)
Regular: EUR 200
Students (including PhD students): EUR 150
Delayed payment (after 15 March 2018): plus EUR 50
Payment terms
All payments should be made in Euro without bank charges to the organizers.
For students: Please send / fax a scan of your student ID to lena.nicklas@uibk.ac.at / +43 (0)512 507 51099. You will be asked to show your student ID at the conference desk when you register in Innsbruck. Otherwise you have to pay the difference to the regular fee.
Cancellations: For cancellations of registrations received before 15 March 2018, we will refund the fee minus a handling charge of EUR 25. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 15 March 2018.
Notification of cancellation must be sent per e-mail to lena.nicklas@uibk.ac.at
You can submit abstracts for an oral presentation or a poster presentation until March 15th. The contributions will be reviewed and you will receive a notification of abstract acceptance after March 31st. The title of the contribution should not exceed 150 characters incl. blanks; the abstract text should not exceed 2500 characters incl. blanks.

- Payment before 15th March, 2018: regular = EUR 200; students = EUR 150
