2 Mas­ter Pro­jects in Bio­me­di­cal Life Sciences: Chro­ma­tin Dyna­mics during Embry­o­nic Dif­fe­ren­ti­a­tion

Master projects on chromatin dynamics during embryonic differentiation are available using human iPSC-based (Project 1) or zebrafish-based (Project 2) models. The goal is to study chromatin remodelling during the transition from pluripotency to mesodermal/endodermal lineages, combining molecular biology, live imaging, and bioinformatics.
