The Area of Science, Geography, Computer Science and Mathematics Education (DiNGIM) coordinates and supports the university’s research and education concerning STEM subjects. Its activities also include:
- Close collaboration between researchers and experts of subject-specific education at the university with school teachers, school authorities and other educational institutions;
- A wide range of training seminars for experts of subject-specific education on a regional and national Level;
- Transferring knowledge and skills;
- Organising national and international conferences regarding research in subject-specific education;
- Conducting national and international research projects regarding subject-specific education;
- Consulting and supervising students of STEM-subjects regarding all areas related to subject-specific education (courses, diploma and doctoral theses);
