Wartungsarbeiten Account Portal, Gruppenverwaltung, Identity Managment, 12.02.2026 von 17:00-19:00 Uhr

Liebe Universitätsangehörige,

aufgrund technischer Wartungsarbeiten kommt es am 12.02.2026 von 17:00 bis ca. 19:00 Uhr zu einer Betriebsunterbrechung des Account-Portals https://accounts.uibk.ac.at, der Gruppenverwaltung (Grouper) und des Identitymanagementsystems.
Im genannten Zeitraum ist es nicht möglich Passwörter und Token für die 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung zu ändern.
Die Authentifizierungsinfrastruktur ist nicht betroffen, d.h. sie können sich an den zentralen ZID-Services wie gewohnt anmelden. 

Wir bitten Sie Ihre Arbeiten entsprechend zu planen.
 

Maintenance work on the account portal, group management, identity management, February 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Dear university members,

Due to technical maintenance work, there will be an interruption in service on February 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to approximately 7:00 p.m. for the account portal https://accounts.uibk.ac.at, group management (Grouper), and the identity management system.
During this period, it will not be possible to change passwords and tokens for two-factor authentication.
The authentication infrastructure will not be affected, meaning you will be able to log in to the central ZID services as usual.

We kindly ask you to plan your work accordingly.
