Registration

The registration fee covers lodging at Grillhof for the duration of the conference (3 nights, May 2^nd to May 5^th) as well as most of our meals (except for dinner on Friday, which is in town and self-paid). We will check for food preferences/allergies at a later time.

When you click on the registration link, you will first be asked to register with our conference tool (only the information marked with the asterisk is mandatory).

You will then be given two options:

1. Conference attendance and lodging in a double room: 310 €
2. Conference attendance and lodging in a single room: 380 € (this includes a conference fee of 30 €, which we will waive for the double room registrations)

Payments can be made via bank transfer and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We are currently working on a solution to make payments of the registration fee via PayPal possible.

The registration deadline is February 27^th.

 

Please note that we have now reached capacity at Grillhof.

If you are a participant of the PhD forum or a conference speaker, we have reserved a room for you. Please contact us to register as soon as possible.
