The question of how we can make it so that employment relationships in the future are shaped the way we want them to be. And how companies, educational institutions and trade unions and politics can work better together to develop such employment relationships.
All those involved in shaping employment relationships and who want to include different interests in their decisions.
I am currently analysing the conditions for establishing diversity-friendly language in the workplace and the role of technologies (especially decoders) in this. My team has developed a decoder called JADE , which was awarded by the Ministry of Science in December 2022. Article: Diversitas Award Ceremony
The evaluation of the effects of legally mandatory salary information in job advertisements on salary expectations of job seekers. Here I was again able to perfectly combine my expertise in corporate HR policy with my knowledge of political science (my primary field of study).
