Self-Management Training Event

Take part in the Online "Self-Management Training Event" organized by University of Naples Federico II

The self-management course aims to encourage students to develop a healthier self-concept, expand creative problem-solving skills, manage issues, events and time more effectively and efficiently, and foster motivation toward the fulfilment of their fullest potentials.

Every student experiences challenging times and periods of apathy, which may impede your motivation to study and slow down your academic career. This is particularly evident during the COVID 19 pandemic. Together with Synapses, the University of Naples Federico II has put together the Group Self Management Training, to mitigate this challenge. The programme is focused on strategic skills: strategies for effective time management; strategies for increasing motivation for your work; strategies for achieving goals and strategies for problem solving. The student group will be given a virtual space to share, compare, and mirror your academic experience, and tools to construct a learning by doing arena.

The training is delivered one day per week and organised in six online meetings (MtTeams). This new cycle of Self-Management Training will be starting soon, on 4th November 2021. Registrations will open from 1st October 2021 until the maximum number of 12 participants is reached.

To register, please send an e-mail with your name, surname, university to which you belong, course of study and nationality to: mapper.sinapsi@unina.it.

The Self-Management Training is offered to all university students of any degree and year of course.
The event will be entirely online via Microsoft Teams using a specific channel called “In Teams per il Successo Formativo”.
Participation is free and open to all university students of the Aurora Network. The course will be held in English.
