Tickets, Reservations, Conditions of Participation

The events for the anniversary year are contributed by many different organizers and in different cooperation. Please therefore note the information in the respective event on admission prices, ticket (pre-)sales and the conditions of participation of the respective organisers.

  • we ask you to fill in the form provided on the Internet.
  • The Anniversary Office, Campus Innrain, Innrain 52 f (Bruno-Sander-Haus) ground floor, next to the Café UBI-Chat, will be happy to help you with any questions.

General conditions of participation

  • The use of the data you provide when registering is in accordance with the Data Protection Act(see data protection declaration of the University of Innsbruck www.uibk.ac.at/datenschutz).
  • Picture and sound recordings by the participants are not permitted.
  • There is no right of withdrawal when buying tickets. According to § 11 Fern- und Auswärtegeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG), a 14-day cancellation period for ticket sales via the Internet is excluded, as the events are services in the field of leisure activities.
  • If tickets are sold via Ö-Ticket, Ö-Ticket's General Terms and Conditions apply.
  • It is imperative that the instructions and safety instructions of the event personnel and the leaders are followed.
  • Liability: Your participation is at your own risk. Liability for damage to persons or property will only be assumed to the extent permitted by law. The University of Innsbruck is only liable for personal injury if it is at fault. In the case of damage to property, liability is also excluded in the case of slight negligence.
  • All guided tours take place in all weathers, unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone guided tours due to an unreached minimum number of participants or due to important events. We will then inform you by e-mail or (in the case of last-minute changes) by mobile phone.

The "Behind the Scenes at the University of Innsbruck" series of guided tours is also worth a look:

  • Registration for participation in the tour is binding.
  • Should you still be unable to attend a guided tour for important reasons, please notify us as soon as possible - no later than three working days before the tour date - at the following e-mail address: jubilaeum@uibk.ac.at, so that people on the waiting list can move up.
