New Survey Tool - QuestionPro

In October 2025, the University of Innsbruck transitioned from Qualtrics to QuestionPro as its central platform for online surveys.
QuestionPro is available to all researchers, lecturers, and students at the University of Innsbruck for conducting academic and teaching-related online surveys.

Registration

  • Go to QuestionPro
  • Sign in using your @uibk.ac.at email address
  • On your first login, click „Forgot Password?“ 
  • You will receive an email with a link to set or reset your password

For future logins, two-factor authentication may occasionally be required. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email address, which must be entered for verification.

Instructions for transferring data from Qualtrics to QuestionPro

A live chat is available within QuestionPro for user support.

Access and Utilization

All researchers and lecturers at the University of Innsbruck, as well as students working on bachelors, masters or dissertation projects.

Please contact the EVM Management Team first. Once you have been activated, you can log in to anny.co with your UIBK email address and book resources directly.

  • Principle: First come, first served
  • Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance
  • Standard booking: 1 hour to 4 weeks
  • Automatic email reminder 6 hours before start and end of the booking

Yes, utilization outside regular working hours is possible, provided that booking and access have been clarified in advance.

  • Gaming: HP Victus, HP Omen, MSI MAG Infinite, PlayStation 5
  • Eye Tracking: Pupil Invisible, Smart Eye Aurora
  • Biosensory: Polar Belt, Shimmer Kit, Biosensorik-PC
  • Software: iMotions, QuestionPro

Yes, many devices (e.g., VR headsets, biosensor kits, eye-tracking glasses) are mobile. Stationary infrastructure such as Gaming PCs can only be used on-site.

For complex systems (e.g., eye-tracking, biosensors, iMotions software), a brief introduction by the EVM Management Team is recommended.

Please report any damage or defects immediatly to the EVM Management Team so that a replacement or repair can be arranged.

Data Protection and Research Ethics

Responsibility lies with the respective researchers and project leaders.

No, after the end of a project, user data must be backed up and deleted locally.

Organization

No, utilization is currently free of charge for members of the University of Innsbruck.

For larger studies, please book your needed infrastructure as early as possible (ideally 2-3 months in advance).
