The foreign language didactics training programme at Bachelor programme 2015/2016 and Master's programme 2018 is offered as part of the teacher training programme Neu im Entwicklungsverbund West together with the University Colleges of Teacher Education in Tyrol and Vorarlberg and the Edith Stein University of Teacher Education.

In the 2015/16 Bachelor's degree programme, students must complete four modules that build on each other and comprise 20 ECTS credits and 13 semester credit hours (SSt.). In the Master's degree programme 2018, a compulsory module with 5 ECTS credits and 2 semester credit hours must be completed. In addition, the module on foreign language didactics worth 5 ECTS credits and 3 semester credit hours can be attended as part of the elective modules.
