About me
Daria Jadreškić is a philosopher of science and a science and technology studies (STS) scholar. She studied philosophy and history at the University of Rijeka and earned her PhD in philosophy of science from the University of Hannover in 2020 with a dissertation titled “Epistemological and Ethical Aspects of Time in Scientific Research.” She then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Klagenfurt as part of an FWF-funded research project in the social studies of science. The project focused on knowledge production and securing credibility in LHC experiments and was part of the international, interdisciplinary DFG-FWF research group “Epistemology of the LHC.” She also held a position as a senior scientist at the Digital Age Research Center at the University of Klagenfurt and was an external lecturer at the universities of Graz, Rijeka, and Klagenfurt. Since November 2025, she has been a university assistant at the CGI and, together with Gundula Ludwig, leads the project “Leaky pipeline and career trajectories of women in STEM disciplines: Identifying gender patterns.”
