Elmilab-Team:

Our electron microscopy facility currently consists of a Zeiss Libra 120 EF-TEM and a new Tescan Clara SBF-SEM, as well as preparation labs. For more details see:

Research Interest:

We are using advanced imaging techniques to explore invertebrates with remarkable capacities for survival such as extreme regeneration or adaptation to harsh environments. We are also interested in exploring the impact of therapeutic useful nanoparticles, but also microplastic and other pollutants on cells, tissues and organisms on an ultrastructural level.
