Goal: The goal of this workshop is to help participants cultivate authentic relationships by exploring and expressing their true selves.

Content: Becoming truly who we are lies at the bottom of creating meaningful relationships to ourselves, others and the world, both in private and professional context. Authentic relating is a practice that helps us to find out and express who we are. Through engaging and meaningful exercises, attendees will learn to connect more deeply with themselves and others, enhancing their personal and professional relationships.
