dear students
thank you for your registration for the summer festival on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 16:00 to 21:00 on the grounds of the University Sports Institute, Fürstenweg 185, 6020 Innsbruck.
In order to guarantee a smooth festival process, we would like to send you some organizational information in advance:
The festival starts at 16:00 p.m., drinks will be served from this time, food will be served from 16:30 p.m.
Please bring the TICKET with the QR code (digitally or printed), which you received with a seperat email. With this ticket, each registered guest (employee, accompanying person, student) will receive his/her personal tokens for 1 meal and 2 drinks at a booth on site, which can be redeemed during the festival. Registered children will receive their own token for a selected children's menu, they do not need an extra token for drinks.
Food will be provided by the following food trucks, which will offer a variety of dishes:
- Klotz Hendlgrill
- Dan's Diner
- KAOS
- Kochschlitten
- Futterkutter
- Woody's Schmankerlkiste
Adult meal vouchers can be redeemed at all food trucks, children's meal vouchers can only be redeemed at Klotz Hendlgrill, Dan's Diner and KAOS food trucks.
Please note/be aware that we had to pre-order contingents and individual dishes may not be available at some point. Food will also be available for purchase beginning at 6:00 pm.
Beverage vouchers can only be redeemed at the university beverage stand. ATTENTION: Cup deposit 2,- Euro in cash.
There is a separate beverage stand for children where water and diluted syrup can be consumed.
All teams participating in the skill parcours are asked to report to the USI information booth at 16:00. The parcour should be started as soon as possible, so that all teams have completed the parcour by the time of the award ceremony at 7:00 p.m. and are included in the scoring.
The party ends at 9:00 p.m., so we ask for your understanding that no food will be served from 7:30 p.m. and no drinks from 8:30 p.m. onwards. In the spirit of sustainability, we ask you to dispose of garbage in the marked waste containers.
If you are unfortunately unable to attend the summer festival, tickets can be cancelled via the link in the email containing your Ticket(s) you received earlier.

Important information for all participants of the Summer Party of the University of Innsbruck
Please note/observe the house and use rules (ESPECIALLY animals and glass bottles are not allowed at Campus Sport! The festival takes place on a sports ground and there is a risk of injury from broken glass).
Handmade upcycling bags made from tarpaulins and flags from the university's 350th anniversary can be purchased at the information booth during the summer festival. So that the materials can continue to be used after the end of the anniversary, the university has made upcycling bags and pouches from them together with Lebenshilfe Tirol and ibis acam.
Photographs (or screenshots) and/or films may be taken during this event. By participating in the event, you acknowledge that photographs and video footage of you will be used for press coverage and published in various (social) media, publications and on websites of the University of Innsbruck. We ask for an environmentally friendly arrival! By public transport, on foot or by bicycle. There are sufficient bicycle parking spaces available. Information on public transport can be found at www.vvt.at
The summer party is a recreational event and does not count as working hours.
The Rectorate reserves the right to cancel due to weather conditions.
