We are excited to announce the new summer courses at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) for 2026! Students can explore engaging topics such as Social Entrepreneurship, Business Model Innovation, Business Responses to Climate Change, and Permaculture, both online and on-site in Copenhagen.

Social Entrepreneurship and Business Model Innovation
Aurora Blended Intensive Programme for master students Spring Semester 2026 | 7.5 ECTS
Social Entrepreneurship describes the discovery and sustainable exploitation of opportunities to create business models which address humanity’s social and environmental challenges. Social entrepreneurship generates disequilibria in market and non-market environments, by finding ways of turning societal problems into complementary assets. The course will develop capabilities in social opportunity identification as well as social enterprise modeling.

Online: 9, 16, 26 June, 2026 & 7 July 2026
On-site session: 22 June – 09 July 2026
Exam: 22 June - 13 July 2026: Home assignment written in parallel with the course

Permaculture: A regenerative solution for business, community, and lifestyle
Aurora course for bachelor students Spring Semester 2026 | 3 ECTS
This course introduces the permaculture design framework as a tool for innovative, critical thinking about sustainable and regenerative approaches to business, community, and lifestyle.

On site: 22 June - 07 July 2026
Exam: pass/fail examination based on active participation in class and assignment

Business Responses to Climate Change 
Aurora course for bachelor students Spring Semester 2026 | 3 ECTS
The course offers an introduction to the complexity of climate change and business. Combining lectures and interactive exercises, the students learn about the science behind climate change (greenhouse gases, their relationship to weather and climate), how climate change provides risks and opportunities for business, and which actions can be taken.

On site: 22 June - 07 July 2026

An Introduction to Social Entrepreneurship
Aurora Blended Intensive Programme for bachelor students Spring Semester 2026 | 7.5 ECTS
It introduces students to organizational social entrepreneurship, a process by which opportunities to create public goods are identified and created. In the course we will analyze the antecedents of social entrepreneurship.
