Internship - Market Intelligence (m/f/d)


The internship is to be filled starting from June 2026 for at least 6 months. The basic salary for this position is based on the statutory minimum salary of EUR 2.698,59 gross per month in Austria.

Your new challenges: 

  • Support strategic initiatives and actively contribute to the analysis of changing market dynamics 

  • Explore potential power‑generation use cases for gas engines and support market opportunity quantification 

  • Contribute to country‑specific market sizing by consolidating and validating multiple data sources 

  • Monitor announcements from industry players and derive implications for INNIO 

  • Support analysis of global political developments and assess their impact on INNIO 

  • Perform analyses of historically achieved prices vs list price, identify patterns, and derive conclusions

You fit in with us because...

  • You are currently studying or close to completing your degree in Economics, Energy Economics, Engineering and Management, Data Science, or similar

  • You have a strong interest in combining quantitative and qualitative data, uncovering patterns, and delivering tangible impact -  a solid understanding of economics and preferably energy generation is important

  • You have strong analytical skills and can explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way

  • You enjoy working independently and contributing new ideas

  • You are fluent in English and ideally in German, too

  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are second nature to you
