INTERNSHIP CROATIA: Projects in Lime production
As an intern, you will support investment projects in an industrial environment and gain hands-on experience. You will assist with kiln overhauls, installation of conveyors and filtration systems, contractor coordination, and project documentation. Working closely with experienced managers, you will gain practical insight into real-world industrial projects.
Place of work: Sirač, Croatia
Period: 4 weeks between August and September 2026
Aufgaben
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of investment projects
Assist with overhaul, installation, and maintenance activities in lime production (e.g. kiln, conveyors)
Coordinate with external contractors and support production and site management in daily operations
Monitor project progress and prepare basic reports
Conduct technical research related to ongoing investment activities and support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Participate in on-site inspections
Qualifikation
Strong interest in industrial processes, production, and project management
Structured, analytical mindset with good organizational skills
Team player with strong communication skills
Fluency in English; Croatian is a plus
Currently pursuing technical studies (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
