The Student Advisory Service is your first point of contact for any questions regarding studying at the University of Innsbruck. We can answer questions about choosing a degree programme, the range of courses on offer, and the day-to-day organisation of your studies, such as timetable planning, exam registration and much more.

Buddy/Mentoring Scheme
The buddy/mentoring scheme provides you with the best possible support as you begin your studies. Buddies (experienced students) and mentors (academic staff) help ease your transition from school to university and support you in making the most of your time studying at the University of Innsbruck.
First-year tutor sessions
First-year tutorials are run by the student representatives and the faculties, and help you organise your studies. You’ll also get to know your future fellow students during these tutorials.
