The DiSC was on board again this year when a group of schoolgirls and young women visited the university to find out about academic career paths and job profiles in the fields of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology. It presented itself and its work in a talk on ‘Digital Science at the University of Innsbruck’.

Research Award for Sébastien Court
Right at the start of the year, we celebrated the success of one of our colleagues. In early spring, Sébastien received a research award from the Foundation Stiftung Südtiroler Sparkasse for his significant contributions to the theory of partial differential equations.
