Sommertechnikum MINT
The DiSC was on board again this year when a group of schoolgirls and young women visited the university to find out about academic career paths and job profiles in the fields of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology. It presented itself and its work in a talk on ‘Digital Science at the University of Innsbruck’.
Future Lab AI in Medicine
An event co-organized by the Standortagentur Tyrol and the DiSC offered presentations and lively discussions on the application of AI in medicine.

Once everyone had arrived back at the mountain station, we took the cable car down into the valley.
City Run
Three DiSC members, Joanna, Carina and Hauke, took part in the relay of Innsbruck's city run, together with Sever, the dean's assistant at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Physics.
Research Award for Sébastien Court
Right at the start of the year, we celebrated the success of one of our colleagues. In early spring, Sébastien received a research award from the Foundation Stiftung Südtiroler Sparkasse for his significant contributions to the theory of partial differential equations.
